1. General Terms and Applicability

hibajivip is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between hibajivip and its users. These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions and transactions on the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on hibajivip and may result in account cancellation:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering using a false identity or false information
• Fraudulent behaviour involving the bonus system (bonus arbitrage or bonus stacking)
• Using another person's account or betting on behalf of a third party
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability of the platform
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Threatening, harassing or behaving indecently toward other users
• Mistreating or attempting to deceive the hibajivip team

8. Account Suspension and Closure

hibajivip may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Order from a court or regulatory authority

8.2 Closed by User

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.
